Pre-Owned Furch Red Deluxe Gc-LC a Alpine Spruce and Cocobolo

Furch Red Deluxe Gc-LC a

Condition: Excellent. This would be a mint condition guitar with almost no signs of use. However, there is a small crack on the top near the waist that is virtually invisible unless at the right angle and light (see pics). The crack is right above the lining blocks, so no cleat can be applied. Our estimation is that due to the location and underlying support from the lining blocks, it should be stable. However, because of this, it is being offered at a significant discount. Note: the tabbing on the interior picture is standard tabbing and not a repair.

The Furch Red Deluxe Gc-LC a is a flagship Grand Auditorium cutaway that sits at the top of Furch’s Red series. Built in the Czech Republic, it pairs a premium Alpine spruce top with master-grade cocobolo back and sides, delivering a clear, open, and highly dynamic voice with excellent balance across the full tonal spectrum.

Both the soundboard and back plate are individually voiced using Furch’s proprietary process, maximizing resonance, sustain, and harmonic complexity. The revolutionary CNR System® Active neck joint provides precise, dual-action adjustment while maintaining structural integrity and tonal transfer. Ergonomic Bevel Duo contours (in koa with contrasting lines) offer exceptional playing comfort during extended sessions, whether seated or standing.

Luxury appointments elevate the visual presence: koa binding with a white line, abalone purfling, a premium koa-and-abalone rosette, figured ziricote bridge and headstock overlay, and pearl Roman numeral fingerboard inlays. The Full-Pore High-Gloss Finish enhances resonance while showcasing the beauty of the tonewoods. A Soft V neck profile, 1¾" nut width, and 25 9/16" scale length provide a comfortable, responsive playing experience suitable for fingerstyle, flatpicking, and strumming.

The Gc-LC a arrives with a heavy-duty hardshell case and reflects Furch’s commitment to advanced design, premium materials, and refined Czech craftsmanship—ideal for players seeking a versatile, stage- and studio-ready instrument of exceptional quality.
