Shipping

 

Standard shipping is free to Continental US addresses and typically takes 4-8 business days. Expedited shipping is available for a fee and typically take 3-5 business days.

If products arrive damaged from shipping, it must be reported to us within 24 hours with pictures of shipping packages and damage. All packaging and materials must be saved until a claim is resolved or a return initiated.

 

Returns

 

Web orders- New guitar and amp returns accepted within 5 days of delivery and a refund is issued minus the cost of return shipping or a customer may ship back at own expense for a full refund.

 

Used guitars and amps and demo guitars and amps are sold "As Described" and may not be returned unless there is a material difference in condition from our description and pictures. These are noted on the product page.

 

All returns must be in original packaging and in original, unused condition. Damages and signs of use will be assessed and charged against a refund if found. 

 

Show Returns- For purchases made at shows, expo's, or meets, the return period for new items expires at the conclusion of the show's sheduled hours and dates. Used items are sold as-is.

 

Showroom Returns- All purchases made in-person in our showroom are subject to a 5-day return window.

 

Warranties

 

For new instruments, manufacturer warranties apply. For used instruments, there are no manufacturer warranties and we do not offer an extended warranty.
