Returns:

Web orders- returns accepted within 5 days of delivery and a refund is issued minus the cost of return shipping or a customer may ship back at own expense for a full refund.

Purchases through our Concierge Program are subject to return policies discussed during the Concierge Appointment.

Show Returns- For purchases made at shows, expo's, or meets, the return period for new items expires at the conclusion of the show's sheduled hours and dates.

Used and demo items are sold as described and may not be returned unless they arrive materially different than described.

If producst are damaged during shipping, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. All packaging must be retained until a damage claim is complete. 

All returns must be in original packaging and in original, unused condition. Damages and signs of use will be assessed and charged against a refund if found.
