Travel guitars... what do you get?

Mostly, you get a cheaply made, poor sounding, smaller guitar that might lighten the load a little, but doesn't really add a whole lot of convenience and sacrifices tone and volume.

We brought in a wide selection of travel guitars to find the best one. We tested all the usual suspects from the major brands and even some smaller ones. Our goal was to find the guitar that satisfied three requirements: real convenience, real quality, and real sound.

The winner couldn't have been more clear.

The Furch Little Jane is an all solid wood constructed instrument, made to the same standards and with the same high level of craftsmanship as their other instruments. It uses an innovative removable neck design that creates unparalleled ease of packing and transporting. It comes with a padded backpack to keep it safe on your travels and has extra pockets for tablets, phones, or other necessities.

The tone is fantastic, louder than its size, and it plays like a high quality instrument should. In our testing, second place wasn't even in the same league as the Little Jane.
Certainly, the $300 beater that you can throw around the back of the truck, not worry about what happens to it, and sounds like a toy has its place, but this isn't that. This is a high quality instrument for people who care about true acoustic sound and want incredible convenience.

We now have new inventory of this fantastic little guitar in Spruce/Mahogany and all Mahogany. Reach out to see one for yourself and experience the difference a dedication to uncompromising craftsmanship makes.
