Cole Clark's True Hybrid system for using acoustic strings with electric guitar pickups creates true electric sound from an acoustic frame guitar. For players who lean acoustic, but enjoy or need electric sound, there's no need to compromise.

Returns:

Web orders- returns accepted within 5 days of delivery for new products and a refund is issued minus the cost of return shipping or a customer may ship back at own expense for a full refund.

In-Person purchases- returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase for new products.

Show Returns- For purchases made at shows, expo's, or meets, the return period for new items expires at the conclusion of the show's sheduled hours and dates.

Used and demo items are sold as described and may not be returned unless they arrive materially different than described. In-person purchases of used items are sold As-Is.

All returns must be in original packaging and in original, unused condition. Damages and signs of use will be assessed and charged against a refund if found.

Shipping damage- If products are damaged during shipping, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. All packaging must be retained until a damage claim is complete.
